Engine Noise!

I find mine to be really noisy, ie engine noise when accelerating - not too bad when cruising... Must get a Ghia next time!!

 

As an aside, has anyone fitted any sort of noise insulation and what sort of results have you had?

But isnt that one of the joys of haveing a TDI? the noise it makes and the oily black smoke it coughs out it's rear end :unsure: me I quite like the roar/purr mine makes it's slightly louder than the slurping noise it makes as it drinks fuel :D
